Kirby has reservations about Valerie
Kirby is excited to learn that her and Theo have secured a couple of interviews off the back of their gig.
However, Theo’s new-found partying habits with Valerie make Kirby question if he’s up for the job.
Theo takes offence to Kirby’s accusations and declares she should trust him to handle the interviews on his own. She agrees, but privately admits to Justin she feels Valerie is a bad influence.
2. Eden meets Levi’s wife
Levi gets an unexpected visitor when Eden turns up at his home in the city.
Not wanting his wife Imogen to know about his recent trip to see Mackenzie, Levi asks Eden to pretend he was spending time with her instead. She goes along with the lie, but remains oblivious to her brother’s betrayal.
Eden is delighted to meet Imogen and hear all about her future hopes of starting a family with Levi.
3. Heartbreak for Mac
Levi’s guilt over cheating on his wife leads him to blow off his latest plans with Mac.
She takes it in good spirits, but her mood shifts when Eden tells her about meeting Imogen and how lucky Levi is to have her.
Then comes the next bombshell – Levi and Imogen are intending to have kids.
The news leaves Mac shattered and questioning if she really knows Levi at all.
4. Leah and Justin’s wedding is back on
Leah is anxious when Justin brings up the topic of them getting married.
She seeks advice from Valerie who encourages her to move forward – and Leah delights Justin by telling him the wedding is back on.
The mechanic throws himself head first into planning the special day, but Leah fears it’s all moving too quickly.
Needing reassurance, Leah makes a call to her therapist, but Justin overhears the conversation and is left feeling dejected.
5. Leah leaves the Bay
Justin admits to Leah he knows she’s having doubts about them saying ‘I do’.
She assures him that’s not the case but reveals her doctor has offered her a week’s stay at the clinic, which she wants to accept.
Justin supports Leah’s decision and before she leaves, he places her engagement ring back on her finger as a reminder of the love they share.
6. Bree receives a job offer
Remi and Bree go on their first night out since his accident and her dad’s death.
The couple seem closer than ever as they take a trip down memory lane, reminiscing over their first date and kiss.
But next morning brings an unexpected surprise when Bree receives an email from Doctors Without Borders offering a place on their training scheme in Belgium. Will he accept?
7. Bree chooses love
Bree breaks the news about her potential job to Remi. He encourages Bree to go and pursue her dream, but she ultimately decides to turn down the opportunity.
Revealing her reasons, Bree explains her father’s passing has made her want to make the most of her time with the people she loves and that includes him.
8. Xander friend zones Dana
Dana’s feelings for her secret crush are growing and it doesn’t take Irene long to work out it’s Xander she fancies.
Irene spills the beans to Harper, who urges her sister to tell Xander how she feels.
Dana plucks up the courage but is devastated when Xander admits he sees her more like a little sister.
9. Rose gets tough with Xander
While mortified Dana confides in Irene and Harper, Xander tells Rose he fears he has ruined his friendship.
Rose admits she already knew about Dana’s crush. This is news to Xander, who declares he would have liked some prior warning.
In response Rose tells Xander to do the right thing, explaining that Dana deserves his honesty and kindness.
10. Alf drops a bombshell
After calling time on his new career in security, Cash meets up with Alf, who reveals himself to be the Surf Club’s anonymous donor.
Alf thanks Cash for helping throw Roo and John off the scent, but it quickly becomes obvious the pair aren’t going to let it go.
Pushed to breaking point, Alf admits he saved the business but tells Roo and John he doesn’t want to hear anything more about it.
11. Tane finds a baby on the beach
No sooner has one mystery been solved in Summer Bay than another begins when Tane discovers a baby girl lying in an abandoned gym bag on the beach.
With no sign of anyone else around, Tane takes the tot to be checked over at the hospital.
She’s given a clean bill of health and has clearly stolen Tane’s heart as he refuses to leave her side.
12. Kirby issues a warning to Valerie
Taking advantage of a free house, Theo and Valerie get wasted and end up in bed together.
But when Kirby spies Theo coming out of the surf the following morning, she’s horrified to realise he’s high and has forgotten about his upcoming interview.
Unable to bite her tongue, Kirby issues a warning to Valerie and demands she stops giving Theo drugs. But will she listen?
13. Mac chucks Levi
Mac joins Tane at the hospital, where she voices her concerns that he’s becoming too attached to the unnamed baby.
Straight from there Mac finds Levi at the park and tells him in no uncertain terms they’re through if he’s intending to start a family.
Levi insists he’s going to leave Imogen, which totally freaks Mac out and prompts her to call time on their messy affair.
