1. EastEnders spoilers: Max ruins Mother’s Day
It’s Mother’s Day in Albert Square, and Lauren and Peter prepare to celebrate with the Beales at No.45.
Lauren tries to close a sale at the car lot before lunch, but when the customer asks for a test drive, she refuses. Max spies the interaction and supports Lauren, and later bags himself a spot at the Mother’s Day lunch.
Peter organises a surprise for Lauren, but in true Max Branning style, he soon finds himself at loggerheads with his family and leaves.
2. Mark makes Lauren an offer she can’t refuse
With Max out of the way, Mark offers Lauren a business proposition with the promise of luxury cars. At first, Lauren isn’t sure, but she eventually accepts having been buoyed by the day. However, she has no idea of Mark’s true criminal motives… is she about to get herself in big trouble?
3. Linda’s Mother’s Day goes from bad to worse
Upset, Linda prepares to celebrate Mother’s Day in The Vic with Elaine, as Johnny is still distancing himself from her. But things soon go from bad to worse when Linda’s forced to invite Bea.
Elaine and Bea share barbed words about money, and Bea leaves. Later, Max arrives, having been evicted from No.45, and he also shares crossed words with Linda.
4. Bea breaks the law
At No.18, Bea tries to apply for a credit card, but when her application is rejected, she decides to set one up in Honey’s name…
5. EastEnders spoilers: Jean’s back!
Jean arrives back in Walford, but it’s clear there is still friction between her and Zoe over Jasmine.
Jean overhears Zoe on an emotional call with Kat, and after some encouragement from Alfie and the rest of the family, she decides to offer an olive branch to Zoe. The pair finally put aside their differences, but will it last?
