Sam Frost, who left the Australian soap a few months ago, has recently stated that she is working on a major project.
The actress will be joined by her sister Kris Ross for the second season of the reality lifestyle TV series My Road to Adventure, which will feature the couple traveling down Australia’s Great Ocean Road in a motor home, according to Herald Sun.
“We are so excited to join the My Road to Adventure crew again and this time we’ll be making the trek to the Great Ocean Road in Victoria,” she told the publication after appearing in an episode of season 1.
“The Great Ocean Road means a lot to our family and holds a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to revisit.”
They visited Hervey Bay and Fraser Island in Queensland in the previous season of the show, which airs on Channel 7’s Home and Away network.
Frost joins Home and Away in 2017 after appearing on Australian reality shows such as The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and performing some radio presenting. She left the show four years after she began playing Jasmine Delaney and announced her reasons a few months later.
“I quit my dream job at Home & Away to look after my mental health. I needed to take a step back, go home and be with my family. And most importantly take good care of my health and well-being,” she said.
“I now spend the days with the people I love, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t because I was too busy working. I spent 4.5 years being a distant friend, a distant girlfriend, a sister who couldn’t be there for big milestone moments.
“Now, I’m making up for lost time. I’m prioritising my health and my relationships.”
