Cameron Mathison’s Wife is cast as a character who will have a significant impact on Drew’s life at General Hospital. Cameron Mathison (Drew) will appear in scenes with his real-life wife next week. Vanessa Mathison will appear in Port Charles on Wednesday, April 20, as an executive coach named Mia who meets with Drew, according to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest.
This isn’t the first time she and her husband have appeared on television. She appeared on Home & Family, a Hallmark lifestyle show that Mathison used to co-host with Debbie Matenopoulos, a few times between 2018 and 2020. Vanessa also starred in the mini-reality series Cameron’s House Rules, a spinoff of Games of Homes, in 2015.
Drew has made it apparent that he wants nothing more than to reclaim his life and the relationships he left behind now that he’s returned to Port Charles, and it appears that his wife’s character Mia will be able to assist him in doing so.
What is an executive coach, exactly? They are professionals that have been trained to assist people in improving their leadership performance by teaching them how to manage stress and feelings of overwhelm.
We know Drew’s pals will be supportive if he lets them in on his need for help, and we know Carly, with whom Drew has recently formed a bond, will be there for him through it all.
When it comes to Carly… Do you think her friendship with Drew has the potential to grow into anything more? Or do you want to see him and Sam reignite their romance?
