She has some apologising to do.
Home and Away‘s Harper Matheson is gearing up for some fresh heartbreak in scenes airing in the UK later this month.
As her sister Dana has been casually dating Sonny Baldwin, Harper can’t help but voice her doubts as to what his intentions are.
She openly disapproves of their fling, but Dana doesn’t care and intends to continue seeing him.
At home, Harper gets a word of advice from Marilyn Chambers and Irene Roberts, with Irene insisting she should try and talk to Dana.

Irene also encourages Harper to reflect on her own situation with Tane Parata and suggests their split could’ve played a part in her reaction to her sister’s romance.
Back at the Diner, Harper tries to be nicer to Sonny and offers him a tip by telling him her sister likes blueberry muffins. But despite her best intentions, Harper still can’t keep her agitation at bay and grills Sonny about his intentions with Dana.
“Harper’s opposition towards Dana’s relationship goes down terribly – she keeps interjecting and interfering when it’s not wanted,” our Home and Away source shares.
“Dana ends up realising that it all stems from Harper’s own heartbreak, as she still fears that she was strung along by Tane for too long.”

Elsewhere, Theo Poulos spots the loved-up vibe between Dana and Sonny, later teasing his friend about how cute the two of them are.
Theo also gives Sonny some context as to why Harper seems to not be his biggest fan.
Finally having a clearer understanding of Harper’s state of mind, Sonny encourages Dana to deal with their conflict directly. He politely kicks Dana out so she’s forced to sort things out with her sister.
Talking with Harper, Dana has it confirmed that Harper’s sadness over the situation with Tane is the reason why she can’t get on board with Dana seeing Sonny.
Later, Theo notes that his friend cares about Dana more than he realises and tells Sonny that it sounds like Dana is his girlfriend.
Sonny insists he and Dana aren’t in a relationship just as Harper and Dana arrive to the coffee cart. Theo leaves his friend to deal with the sisters alone.

Harper offers an apology, now more aware of the pain that was feeding her protective streak.
Sonny invites Dana home for a coffee and an awkward chat about their relationship status. He relays his conversation with Theo, wondering if they are in a relationship without having realised.
Sonny admits that he’s not sure what they are, with Dana also being reluctant to make the call.
Out again for coffee, Sonny confesses that something’s changed for him and that maybe being a couple wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.

Meanwhile, Irene advises Harper to go talk to Tane, as he might’ve changed his mind about things since Archie’s birth.
Harper visits Tane at the gym, but before she can say anything, he’s eager to sort out the honeymoon situation. At first, Tane suggests Harper should take Dana to Japan with her, but she says that she’d rather go with him.
He likes the idea of going as a family as long as they’re on the same page about being just friends.
Harper agrees to go, but the disappointment on her face makes it clear she was hoping for something more.
“Could the trip with Tane help Harper to get the closure she needs?” our source teased.
