Max Branning’s plan for Tim Walton has been revealed as EastEnders spoilers confirm he makes it clear that the blackmailer should never step foot in Walford again
EastEnders spoilers have confirmed what Max Branning has in store for Tim Walton.
Fans of the BBC soap have seen Tim become obsessed with his former university friend Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) and his boyfriend Callum Highway (Tony Clay).
Becoming twisted with jealousy he orchestrated a plot to put Callum’s job in the police on the line by pretending it was for his ex-husband Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) in prison.
Instead, he manipulated Callum into breaking into his own house and then used CCTV footage to blackmail him. He told Johnny that he would destroy the tape – and continue to invest in his business but only if he slept with him.
With Callum facing losing everything, Johnny was forced to agree but it looks like karma will catch up with Tim in the form of Max (Jake Wood).
During Monday’s (March 2) episode, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) worried for her son Johnny and admitted to Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) that she could have stopped Tim’s ‘test’ on Callum.
Against Elaine’s advice, Linda told Johnny the truth and he was furious with her for interfering and suggesting that Tim coerced him.
Later, Johnny was forced to meet Tim at the office to sign paperwork and was mortified when Linda turned up to berate Tim.
Johnny sent her away but when Tim insisted on going for a drink, things got worse as Callum turned up.
Meanwhile, Linda confided in Max, who took matters into his own hands by pretending to be Tim’s taxi driver.
EastEnders spoilers have confirmed that Linda is left frantic during Tuesday’s (March 3) episode as she tells Johnny that Max has taken Tim but he’s got bigger things to worry about when he’s forced to tell Callum exactly what happened.
At first, Callum is furious, but after Johnny explains how he was trying to protect him and Lexi Mitchell, he is consumed with guilt.
Meanwhile, Max’s plan for Tim unfolds and he makes clear to Tim that he should never set foot in Walford again.
