General Hospital spoilers for the next 2 weeks suggest some major drama! From April 20 to May 1, expect some risky moves. There will also be some crazy connections as well as a nefarious move. So, let’s get started talking about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Willow Tait Cain’s Threat
Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s chat about what is coming up from April 20 to 24, 2026. For one thing,
Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will continue issuing demands of Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell). In a preview clip for Monday’s episode, we can see Willow barking at Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) about Jacinda.
Later in the week, Willow uses her influence. That certainly doesn’t sound good!
Ethhan Lovett’s Return
Over with Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean), the man will visit with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). It seems that Kristina is going to facilitate a meeting between Ethan and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). However, when Ethan asks to work for Sonny, the mob boss has a better idea.
What Else to Expect
As for the rest of the week, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tries to explain. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t going to like that Val has brought Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) into the plan. However, Valentin will explain to Carly that Nina will actually be useful to them.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets worried about a loved one. This might have something to do with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
As for Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), he will take Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) to New York City. The two will start off exploring The Big Apple, then they go backstage at the Broadway production, “Aladdin.”
Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) goes to check on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, I wonder if she could find a clue that Drew is being drugged. Liz might not think it’s Willow at first, so that could involve another cover up!
Next 2 Weeks
General Hospital spoilers for April 27 to May 1 reveal that there could be some more reconnecting between Ethan and Kristina.
Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she isn’t as slick as she thinks. Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is already onto her. Joss doesn’t realize it yet, and will keep digging. So, will someone have to save Josslyn?
Joss isn’t the only one in danger, though. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is also at risk. With Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) turning on people very quickly, Lucas isn’t as safe as he thinks.
