Another television lover concurred, ‘Rate it higher than Home and Away.’
Others were relieved to see both shows disappear, with one commenting, ‘Good.’ Take Home and Away off the table as well. Those shows are a waste of time.’
One more added: ‘Home and Away should be next! Both shows have run their course’.
It comes after the actors of Neighbours walked out of a crisis meeting in Melbourne on Monday, amid reports that the long-running soap is poised to be canceled after 37 years on the air.
As they walked out of Fremantle’s Nunawading Studios, some of the stars, who may soon be out of work, were seen crying.
The show’s future is uncertain when UK broadcaster Channel 5 announced that it will not extend its contract with producers Fremantle Australia to carry the Australian soap.

Industry experts believe that without financial support from an international broadcaster, Australia’s Channel 10 will be unable to continue producing the show.
On Sunday, Channel 10 issued a statement indicating that it intended to recruit a new broadcast partner.
If the renowned soap doesn’t find a new sponsor soon, the 37-year-old television institution may be doomed.
