Radio host and reality star Ash Pollard has opened up about her struggles since becoming a mother of two.
In December of last year, the former My Kitchen Rules actress and her partner Peter Ferne welcomed their daughter, Claudette.
However, in a recent Instagram post, the 36-year-old admitted that she is “feeling defeated.”
Ash, who already has a one-year-old daughter named Clementine, opened up about her sleep deprivation after expecting her second child.

However, the 36-year-old revealed that she is “feeling dejected” in a recent Instagram post.
After giving birth to her second child, Ash, who already has a one-year-old daughter named Clementine, opened up about her sleep deprivation.
“Life right now isn’t too dissimilar to Special Forces training (I think),” she wrote.
“Sleep deprivation is a unique form of torment, and it nearly wrecked me today. I’m sending positive vibes to any other depressed mothers out there.”
“P.s I’d shit it in on @sasaustralia,” Ash added, lightening up the post.
Ash went into additional detail regarding Claudette’s difficulty to sleep and her own “overtiredness” on her Instagram Stories.
“I can’t go into [Claudette’s room] to do some settling because I have another kid,” she explained. “I’ve had no choice but to give up and bring her out here now.”
“This time around, I just don’t have the strength to do all of the self-settling that I did with Clementine,” she explained.
Friends and supporters flocked to show their support, with many sharing similar stories and offering advice.
Georgie Parker of Home and Away was among those who sent their support, writing: “Love to you sweetheart.”
Patti Newton, who just lost her husband Bert Newton, also sent her sympathy to Ash. “Lots of love, you can do it xxx,” she said.
After welcoming her second child on Christmas Day last year, Ash has continued to share her parenting journey with her fans.
Her sleeping off during a pedicure was just caught on camera, and we now know how exhausted she is.
However, Ash later updated her status, saying that a night of watching Married At First Sight made her feel better.
