On Tuesday, Pia Whitesell let fans into her personal Pilates studio in her Beverly Hills residence.
And the lavish training facility isn’t just for show; the Australian actress worked out on a reformer machine on Wednesday.
The 38-year-old mother of two flaunted her incredible physique while working out in skimpy sportswear.
As she extended herself in a complicated dance, the former Home and Away star accentuated her toned core and long, thin limbs.
The Chilean-born model styled her brunette hair loosely for the fitness session.
It comes after Pia shared a photo of her opulent home gym, which is housed in her Beverly Hills estate.
She shared a photo of her own Pilates studio on Instagram, which included a $5,000 reformer Pilates bed.
‘All the gear,’ she captioned the photo, tagging Pilates instructor Kadee Sweeney in the process.
Pia also shared a snapshot of her little infrared sauna, which she shares with her husband, Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell.
Infrared saunas are said to be useful for muscle recovery.
Pia is a big fan of Fluidform Pilates and used to frequent the Sydney location before moving to Los Angeles last year.
‘I practice Fluidform Pilates and I’m still really active with my boys [sons Isaiah, 18, and Lennox, 14],’ she previously said.
Pia enjoys swimming and other types of aerobic workouts when she is unable to go to the gym.
Pia is most known for her role on Channel Seven’s Home and Away as Katarina Chapman.
She has previously appeared in commercials for Maybelline, Myer, and GHD.
In 2018, she was the official ambassador for Melbourne Fashion Week.
