After his ex-friend partner’s posted a lengthy statement on her behalf, the 73-year-old actor took to social media to express his displeasure.

Sarah Everard’s tragic death last week prompted West End star Evelyn Hoskins to share a statement from her friend, as she admitted her fear of leaving the situation when it’s “too late.”

She claims that the teen and her friends of the same age have been threatened by a 26-year-old man and that despite being given personal information and photos of him, the police have failed to act.

“My best friend is going through something terrible right now, and what happened this week has put the situation in a whole new light,” she wrote.

“At what stage do we get the assistance we require?” When will it be too late? She requested that I tell her story…”

Larry, a fan of Gavin and Stacey, confirmed his daughter’s identity in a tweet to Evelyn, writing: “The 17-year-old you refer to is my daughter.

This whole heinous situation necessitates everyone’s cooperation.”

“Maybe an App that all those affected might enter would assist in the effort to get these individuals off the streets,” he added.

“My daughter is being stalked,” the teen’s mother said in a lengthy statement. As a mother of two young daughters, I am frightened by recent news.

“Any of us, at any moment, in any state of dress, of any size, age, or color, maybe the perpetrator. My daughter is being followed by someone. Since November, to be exact.

“I have pictures of him, his name, and the numerous times and locations that this stalker has accosted, threatened, or scared my daughter.

“I know what kind of car he drives. His phone number is in my possession. Security for my 17-year-old daughter is something I don’t have. Despite the fact that the police have a file on him with the aforementioned information (although we were not asked for the photographs), no action has been taken.

“I’m kidding, it was social welfare that did it. They were friendly and helpful. However, they are unable to catch the stalker. This man preys on still-in-school young girls.

“He’s 26 years old, over 6 feet tall, attractive, and charming, and they’re his goals.” He motions for them to enter his vehicle. “One of them did.”

“I told the local secondary school, who, luckily, acted on this material,” the piece continues. I drove to the place she said he had found her a couple of times the day after she confided in me, and sure enough, I found him. The school is just a minute away.

“When I asked why my lovely, strong, innocent, fragile, scared child didn’t tell me sooner, she said she thought she was ‘going insane and that it might have been a ‘coincidence’ or that she had ‘encouraged it.’

“Once (out of nowhere), he jumped in front of her and asked, ‘Why, are you chasing me?’

“We’ve mounted surveillance cameras, and I’ve purchased a tracker; I can’t sleep, and I won’t sleep until I know I’ve done everything I can to ensure that IF my worst, most unthinkable nightmare comes true, I won’t be able to say, ‘I should have.'”

“This is a disgrace….an app will certainly offer focus and provide a sense of solidarity…and some relief for friends and family,” Larry added to his followers.
