EastEnders star Linda Henry had an emotional reunion with Danny Dyer after being cast as Pam in the second season of Mr Bigstuff on Sky.
Once playing Shirley and Mick Carter together, Henry and Dyer have shared the screen as Pam and Lee, with Pam described as a “no-nonsense, hands-on mechanic at the family haulage firm”.
Henry is a 65-year-old actress from Peckham, London, who is known for her roles as Yvonne Atkins in the ITV prison drama series Bad Girls and, of course, Shirley Carter in EastEnders.
Fans may be interested to hear she had more than one role in the soap, having previously appeared as the original Lorraine Salter, the mother of Mandy Salter (Nicola Stapleton), in the early 90s.
As well as her TV credits, she boasts a list of film credits, including the 1996 film Beautiful Thing, in which she played Sandra Gangel.

Being in her late 30’s at the time, she is almost unrecognisable.
As for her personal life, Linda married Stavros Valiris in 1992 and they welcomed a daughter, Ella Louise, the following year.
She is now also a grandmother to grandson Leo and in a recent interview, she was exposed as being a “softie” at heart.
Her EastEnders co-star Luisa Bradshaw-White, who plays Shirley’s sister Tina, revealed the actress cried about missing her two-year-old grandson Leo during lockdown.

She cries about everything. She gets really emotional,” Bradshaw-White told Stacey Dooley on Secrets From The Square.
Linda continued to choke up at various points and fans were shocked by the emotional display.
Stacey had asked: “What have you been doing in lockdown?” To which Linda replied: “I’ve just been at home, I live with my husband and my dog Johnny.”
Her voice then notably cracked as she continued: “And really wishing – my grandson… I just really…”
She then stopped talking as she started to cry, explaining how old her grandson was.
