General Hospital learns that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) are back in Port Charles and are trying to get back together. After several years away, Lansing is returning to the city, and the public’s emotions to his presence are divided. Hearst reports that the lawyer is hoping for a new beginning with Webber, for whom he still has feelings, and that there might be a chance for their romance to rekindle on the ABC soap drama.
The GH actor teases a possible reunion, stating that Rick has never forgotten about Liz and is eager to get past the emotional walls she’s built up. However, with Webber still grieving for her late husband Franco Baldwin (James Franco) and recovering from a bitter breakup with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). So, who knows if she’ll be open to Lansing’s advances on General Hospital. Many fans would like to see them together on the canvas. While others feel the characters may not be able to make the transition as seamless as they would like.
