The concern on Lois’ face when Brook Lynn told her mom about her baby fever was palpable. Could it be that she’s worried Brook Lynn might start to remember what it was like to be pregnant the first go-round?
Obviously she had to have known this day would come, but she was thinking it was still a while away. After all, she and Chase only just got married a few months ago, and they’ve got a lot on their plate now caring for Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
But is her hesitancy really about their ability to be good parents even if they do it sooner, or is it about her own insecurity that the truth might come out?

Brook Lynn might be thinking she can leave this secret in the past and keep it between her and her mother, but Chase probably isn’t going to be so forgiving about her deception. For starters, they’ve already had this fight.
They’ve already gone through all of the scenarios in which Brook Lynn thought it was better to keep the truth from her hubby. He thought they were past all of that.
How will their marriage fare if Chase learns Brook Lynn kept the most painful and personal thing about herself a secret from him — and never intended to tell him?

Along with that theory that Brook Lynn had a baby she gave up for adoption comes the supplemental edition that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was somehow the baby’s father.
Back in the day, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) paid Brook Lynn to destroy Dante’s relationship with Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins). It worked for a hot minute.
At the time, we were led to believe Brook Lynn drugged Dante so that Lulu would find him in a rather compromising position with Brook Lynn — even though nothing happened. Now, we’re not so sure.
Did something happen? Something Brook Lynn could be criminally liable for? Something that produced a baby? How will Chase ever get over this secret involving his partner and friend?
