This week’s General Hospital spoilers show that things are becoming more difficult! When Alexis is charged with murder, Kristina intervenes to try to protect her mother. Additionally, when Anna and Jason bug a party in Africa, they run across a very well-known face!
Because Molly was attempting to defend Kristina once more, she is adamant that Kristina killed Jagger and won’t allow Alexis to be found guilty of a crime she didn’t commit. Molly tells her sister, “Mom has just been arrested for the murder of John Cates.” Alexis is being questioned in the meantime over the rifle she flung from the footbridge. She asks, “How did the weapon come into your possession?”
While Kristina didn’t actually kill Cates, she was still in possession of Sonny’s gun, which was a violation of her bail conditions. Knowing that it was really Sonny who committed the murder, Michael is confident that there won’t be enough evidence to convict Alexis. Plus, as he argues to Sonny, “Kristina’s not gonna let her mother take the fall.”
Sure enough, when push comes to shove, Kristina makes a decision. “I’m going to confess,” she informs her mother. But will Alexis let her daughter do that, knowing that it could implicate her in Cates’ murder instead?
Meanwhile, Anna and Jason have arrived in Africa and are dressed to the nines to attend a swanky party. “Never seen her before,” Sidwell notes to Holly as they take in the newcomers. Of course, Holly has seen her before and knows Anna could destroy her entire scheme! “We need to make our move,” Jason insists. But when Holly intercepts with a polite “Excuse me,” Anna is stunned to turn and see her! Will Holly help or hinder their quest to rescue Lucky?
