According to General Hospital spoilers, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) hasn’t stopped moving since her return to Port Charles. Following Eddie Maine’s (Wally Kurth) defeat in the struggle for Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) consciousness, fans were worried that she might no longer be important to the show.
Good news. Lois is more closely related to the current plot than most people realize. She might be Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) grandmother, according to rumors.
Yes, that means Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) would have to be Gio’s mama. With she and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) whispering about the past like it’s suddenly a threat to their present-day life, we have to wonder whether that’s the case. If so, did Lois lead the charge in making this happen on her own?
General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn Was No Lulu
Just last week, we saw Brook Lynn sit down with her hubby, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and give some glossed-over details of the life she once had in Port Charles long before he came there or knew her.
It was clear there was more she wanted to say, but she held back. However, she was pretty clear about Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) support of Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) in terminating the child she had conceived with Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins).
Unwilling to have an abortion, Brook Lynn chose adoption instead — and never told her granny.
GH Spoilers Hint Lois Always Champions Her Baby Girl
Lois would never turn Brook Lynn away; that much we know is true. If her Brookie came home from Port Charles back to Bensonhurst with a bun in the oven, Lois probably would’ve been over the moon.
Moreover, a bun in the oven courtesy of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) child? These lifelong friends were instantly family — finally! The bad news? They couldn’t tell anyone.
Brook Lynn may have decided she did enough damage to Dante and Lulu and didn’t want to do any more. Further, she had big ambitions about a music career — and a baby would have sidelined all of that. Did Lois cosign on the adoption and keeping it quiet from Dante while looping in his dad?

Sonny would certainly have been stunned when Lois told him what was going on. But how would she have convinced him to keep this truth from Dante?
Why was he willing to go the extra mile and see to it that Gio was well-provided for while keeping him a secret from his own son forever?
Sonny isn’t the kind of guy who would ever tolerate being kept out of his own childrens’ lives. So we can’t fathom how Lois got him to go along with this, but it appears that she did.
