His actions catch up to him.

The walls are officially closing in on Home and Away‘s Tane Parata, amid his recent escape to Western Australia. With a warrant out for his arrest, Tane is forced to make a life-changing decision which could impact everyone around him.

Viewers know that Tane was arrested for a crime he didn’t commit, after being framed by the malicious Kerrie Matheson. Heeding the advice of Mackenzie Booth, Tane fled Summer Bay and sought refuge from Darryl ‘Brax’ Braxton and Ricky Sharpe.

The reluctant couple agreed to house Tane, as long as he didn’t bring any trouble to their door. But despite his best efforts, trouble eventually caught up with Tane when the police discovered he had breached his bail.

In upcoming episodes, Ricky panics when she and her son Casey are approached by two strangers during a shopping trip. According to TV Week, they show Ricky a picture of Tane and enquire about his location.

Horrified Ricky races home to share the news with Brax, and they agree that they can no longer hide Tane. However, while Tane fears the police are onto him, it turns out the strangers were actually his friends Cash Newman and Jo Langham, who had arrived to take him home.

Later, the pair have another run-in with one of Tane’s keepers as they search for him at a nearby beach. Recognising Brax’s River Boys tattoo, Jo and Cash decide to follow him as he heads to the airport.

Tane is shocked to see his loved ones in the outback – but not as shocked as when furious Cash punches him in the face. Brax steps in to break up the fight, fearing the commotion could land them all in trouble if someone calls the cops.

Meanwhile, back in Summer Bay, Sergeant Langham is irritated to discover his employee and his daughter have both disappeared in pursuit of Tane. However, he is soon grateful for their interference when Cash returns to the station with the escapee.

After seeing sense, Tane agrees to face the law head-on, and he is taken into custody ahead of his trial. But will he still fight to clear his name?
