In Neighbours, the Rodwells‘ attempt to settle into Ramsay Street without incident didn’t go as planned, as the truth about Hendrix Greyson’s (Benny Turland) illness was revealed.
Hendrix was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, an illness that happens when lung tissue is compromised, as viewers are aware. The fire at Hendrix’s school was the cause of his death.
His sole treatment option is a lung transplant, which he’s struggled to understand, but considering the Rodwells’ move to Ramsay Street, his diagnosis has been difficult to absorb.

As viewers will recall, Sadie Rodwell (Emerald Chan) started the fire at the school on Aubrey’s orders.
Wendy (Candice Leask), Sadie’s mother, has been anxious to make their transition as smooth as possible, pressing Sadie to make peace with everyone before the BBQ she planned.
Meanwhile, Hendrix was planning a day at the movies with Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone), but when Zara Zelwyn (Freya Van Dyke) informed him about the BBQ, he was furious.
He screamed and ended up telling Zara his diagnosis, who then informed Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton) that she would no longer be attending the BBQ.
The discussion drew the attention of other Ramsay Street homeowners who were all present at the BBQ. Hendrix, on the other hand, began to struggle for air quickly, causing Wendy to take to the road to find out what was wrong.
Wendy and Andrew’s (Lloyd Will) presence enraged Mackenzie, who spilt that Hendrix ‘may die’ if he doesn’t get a lung transplant, accusing Sadie of being to blame.
Will the Rodwells be able to coexist with Hendrix on the same street? Or will everyone find it difficult to forgive Sadie’s mistake?
