The Young and the Restless Comings and Goings might bring a beloved character back! The death of Heather Steven has deeply moved all of us. In Genoa City, the ripple effects are massive, with Daniel, Lucy, and Phyllis still trying to move on. However, nobody will feel the loss as deeply as Heather’s dad and ex-police Chief, Paul Williams. For now, he stays in Portugal, but will this blow bring him back to Genoa City?
Y&R’s Paul ReturnsÂ
“The Young and the Restless Comings and Goings: Aftermath of Heather’s Tragic Death Causes Sheer Panic. Who Will Break the News to Paul? Daniel Struggles to Find the Words as Heather’s Body is Discovered in the River.”
Eventually, Daniel braced himself and rang his ex-father-in-law, who had been MIA for quite some time. Moreover, he revealed everything with a quivering voice, telling Paul how he and Lucy were struggling to process the loss. Can you imagine the weight of those words? But here’s the kicker- mourning Daniel asked Paul to return to Genoa City to be with them.
“Unexpected Twist: Paul’s Absence Leaves Fans Shocked as Christine Returns from Portugal to Announce Their Divorce. Many Believed Paul’s Time in Genoa City Was Over, But Daniel’s Reaction Suggests He May Be Coming Back After All.”
“As Their Conversation Concludes, Daniel Thanks Paul and Hints at Staying Connected. It Seems the Former Police Chief’s Return to Genoa City Is Imminent, but Will It Lead to Major Drama? However, Let’s Not Get Ahead of Ourselves—There’s a Chance We Might Not See Him on Screen After All. Why Could That Be?”
Doug Davidson, who played Paul for ages, hasn’t hinted at his Y&R return. In fact, his responses to fans suggest otherwise. So, what does this mean for the plot? The whole situation can turn out in two different ways. Maybe Paul changes his mind and doesn’t plan to head back. Or even if he does return, we’ll only hear about his visit through the other characters.
Hi Gregory! First off, I haven’t been asked, but my answer would probably be the same as the last time I was asked. It’s all pretty much in my rear view mirror. https://t.co/AIQCgj7SIP
