Next week on Neighbours in the UK, Nicolette has cold feet when it comes to Kiri, whilst Chloe makes a big decision about her future on Ramsay Street.
These scenes will air in the UK from Monday 18th July, and in Australia from Monday 25th July.
Will Kiri and Nicolette make a go of things?
With the saga that is Neighbours drawing to an end, will there be a happily ever after for our favourites?
This week, Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes), Kiri (Gemma Bird Matheson), and Chloe appear to be on the verge of happiness (April Rose Pengilly).
Kiri has been caught in a love triangle with Nicolette, Chloe, and herself for several weeks. Kiri is torn between wanting to be with Nicolette or Chloe.
Kiri found herself sharing a bed with Chloe at No. 24 shortly after moving in. The agreement lacked a spark, despite the desire of both parties for it to be a success.
As things between Kiri and Chloe cooled off over time, Kiri’s strained relationship with Nicolette began to rekindle.
Even better, Kiri persuaded Nicolette to accompany her to church, something that Nic had never done. She had never even entered a church out of concern that it might collapse all around her.
Nic was pleasantly delighted to realise what Kiri had seen, and the two were able to connect.
The two finally had a heart-to-heart and decided there was no romance between them. Additionally, Chloe made the decision to allow Kiri complete freedom, saying that she wasn’t going to obstruct her if she wanted to finally pursue a relationship with Nicolette. Chloe then got to her feet and headed for Adelaide to visit her brothers.
This week, they are drawn ever closer when Emma McIver (Jessica Clarke) takes them – along with No. 24 housemate Freya (Phoebe Roberts) – hostage as she demands that Nicolette treat another injured member of her criminal gang.
Now, will Nicolette let herself fall head over heels?
As this week’s scenes begin, Nicolette is trying her hardest not to screw up her relationship with Kiri. Kiri, meanwhile, is the complete opposite. She’s actually prepared to go to any lengths to win over Nicolette.
Kiri arranges an unplanned trip to River Bend in the hopes that they might restart their relationship where it all began. After all, it was here that Kiri first met Nicolette and had their brief but seductive fling, which is what brought Kiri to Erinsborough.
Unfortunately for Kiri, Nicolette is losing control of her nerves.
When Chloe (April Rose Pengilly) was expecting David (Takaya Honda) and Aaron’s (Matt Wilson) child, that was the last time Nicolette pursued a committed relationship.
After getting off to a bad start, the couple went through a period of being on and off for a while before deciding to stick it out.
A heavily pregnant Nicolette proposed to Chloe at the end of their relationship, and she accepted, feeling pressured.
After learning that Leo (Tim Kano) and Chloe had spent the night together a few weeks later (unbeknownst to her at the time, it was completely platonic), Nic broke off their engagement and fled with the child.
It makes sense that Nic would be wary about entering into a committed relationship right away, especially since she would be doing so with her ex-fiancee.
Despite Chloe having given her blessing, will Nic be able to say ‘yes’ to a relationship?
Chloe’s selling up!
Meanwhile, it’s not long after this that Chloe returns to Erinsborough with some news!
She has returned after spending two weeks in Adelaide with her brothers Mark (Scott McGregor) and Tyler (Travis Burns), adoring her nephew Freddie.
Chloe tells her other residents Mackenzie (Georgie Stone), Kiri, and Freya to prepare for a huge shock: she’s decided to sell Number 24.
All the women are affected, but Chloe is particularly devastated. She lived there after she was married to Pierce after it had been her brother Mark’s (Scott McGregor) home (Tim Robards). But timing is everything, and for Chloe, this feels like the appropriate moment for a new beginning.
What is previously known is that former Ramsay Street homeowner Paige Smith owns the real estate company A New Paige, which is selling the home (Olympia Valance).
A “for sale” sign that had been put up in the Lassiters complex a few weeks prior, which revealed Paige was back in town as the real estate agent handling the sale of No. 24, was discovered by keen-eyed spectators at the Neighbours Tour.
When the house goes on the market with Paige back in town, there is a lot of interest. There are already a number of former Ramsay Street residents that are interested in the property.
Chloe’s friends decide to literally borrow a page from Harold Bishop’s book as the days lead up to the property being sold. Together, they decide to create an updated version of Harold’s book, “Ramsay Street: A History,” which currently occupies pride of place in No. 30 and was put together some time ago.
As Chloe accepts leaving Ramsay Street after almost six years, it’s a cathartic moment for her. Is Chloe’s selling, though, more complicated than it first appears to be?
Chloe is about to receive yet another surprise when an unexpected guest shows up bearing the chance of a lifetime and everything she has ever desired. Who could this possibly be?
It’s no secret that one of the most prolific of Chloe’s exes, Elly Conway (Jodi Gordon) will make a reappearance on Ramsay Street within the next two weeks.
When she left in 2020, she headed to Switzerland to co-parent daughter Aster (Isla Goulas & Scout Bowman) with father Shaun Watkins (Brad Moller).
