EastEnders fans have been speculating about who is blackmailing Vicki Fowler over her kiss with Zack Hudson
EastEnders’ latest blackmail storyline took a sinister twist on Wednesday (April 15) as an unknown tormentor demanded a substantial cash payment from unfaithful Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig).
Months following their passionate encounter, Vicki and Zack Hudson (James Farrar) shared another kiss during her hen party festivities before her upcoming marriage to Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw).
Yet she subsequently received a menacing message, with a mysterious individual sending a photograph of her and Zack’s embrace while demanding money to keep their sordid affair under wraps.
In tonight’s visit to Walford, Ross advanced his wedding preparations and promised to deliver Vicki the most flawless day possible, including arranging a luxury vehicle. The ceremony is scheduled for Vicki’s birthday at the end of May.
Meanwhile, at the Queen Vic, Vicki and Zack attempted to identify their tormentor, with Zack also urging her to confess everything to Ross, reports OK!
They began compiling a list of possible suspects and pointed the finger at Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) before Mark Fowler JR (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) used an application to trace the message’s origin, which revealed it originated from Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) and Peter Beale’s (Thomas Law) residence.
Consequently, Vicki challenged both Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) and Lauren regarding their whereabouts yesterday, but achieved no breakthrough.
Exasperated, Vicki briefed Zack about her enquiries in the Square, and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) noticed them appearing intimate on a bench. He approached them and made a remark, leading Vicki to suspect he might be the blackmailer. Vicki, Zack and Mark confronted Ian, who confessed to concealing a secret.
As Ian was discussing the surprise flash mob that Ross was organising for the wedding, Vicki ended up confessing that she had been unfaithful to her partner with Zack.
Back at No.25, Ian was taken aback that Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) was already aware of Vicki and Zack’s kiss, and he urged them to reveal the truth about their affair to Ross.
However, some EastEnders fans believe the blackmailer is Louie Beale (Jake McNally), as he was spotted with his grandmother, Cindy, who was holding a mobile phone, walking past the alley where Vicki and Zack were kissing.
Last year, Louie was diagnosed with dyscalculia, which impacts his comprehension of numbers and maths, and he was having difficulties at school. He was also revealed as bullying Ollie Carter (Harry Farr) and attributed his behaviour to the lack of attention he was receiving from his parents, Lauren and Peter, following the birth of his brother Jimmy, who has been diagnosed as blind.
Peter and Lauren are currently fundraising to support a private nursery that specialises in caring for children with disabilities. Could this be Louie’s motive?
