Former Home and Away star Esther Anderson announces she’s expecting her second child with husband Howard Moggs: ‘Soon to be four!’

Esther Anderson, who starred in the TV show Home and Away, has announced that she and her husband Howard Moggs are expecting their second child.

On Saturday, the 42-year-old actress, who already has a three-year-old son named Forest, posted a sonogram and a snapshot of her growing family to her Instagram page.

‘The 3 of us….soon to be 4!!!!’ she excitedly captioned the post.

‘We’re so ecstatic that we’re expecting another tiny moggs.’ Starting in September, Forry will take on the role of big brother!!!’ Esther went on.

The former daytime star uploaded a snapshot of herself hugging her son Forest, as hubby Howard sat near by to snap a nice family selfie.

Esther also shared a sonogram but did not reveal the gender of the baby.

In the comments section, her famous friends and former Home and Away co-stars were eager to wish her well.

‘Brilliant, congratulations darling,’ Georgie Parker wrote, while Rebecca Breeds added, ‘Yes Mamma!!! So happy and excited for you guys!!!’

Esther gave birth to her first kid, Forest, in August 2018, and shared a loving snapshot of the newborn on Instagram at the time.

‘The love of our lives,’ says the narrator. Forest Jack Moggs, our sweet little son, has arrived, weighing 8.5 pounds. ‘We are completely smitten by this lovely little soul,’ she added.

Esther announced in April 2018 that she and her husband, British advertising executive Howard, were expecting their first child.

‘We’re not spring chickens, but we’re so ready for motherhood!’ she told New Idea at the time.

Esther, who married Howard in February 2017, recently announced that she became pregnant while filming a movie.

‘We weren’t actually trying the month I got pregnant because I had a movie role. However, baby wanted to come to join us!’ she said.

‘I was five months pregnant by the time we finished the film, so they were shooting around me.’

When her pregnancy test came back positive, the Gold Logie candidate said she was in ‘total shock and amazement.’

‘I didn’t believe it at first, so I had to do another test. It was mind-blowing!’ she said.

Esther is most known for her role as Charlie Buckton in the Channel Seven soap opera Home and Away, which she played from 2008 to 2012.
