Former Home and Away star Steve Peacocke has delighted fans after being pictured with several of the soap’s current cast members.
Peacocke joined the show’s stars at an event held by Australian broadcaster Channel 7, jumping in a series of photos alongside Jessica Redmayne (Harper Matheson), Kirsty Marillier (Rose Delaney), Adam Rowland (Remi Carter), James Stewart (Justin Morgan) and Matt Evans (Theo Poulos) on the red carpet.
“Home and Away? More like Home and a SLAY. The cast are looking absolutely fire whilst on the red carpet,” the soap’s official account wrote.
“With a special cameo from #StephenPeacocke aka #Brax who jumped in for a pic.”
After seeing Peacocke alongside the soap’s current line-up, many fans shared their hopes of Brax returning to Home and Away.
“I’d tune in just for Brax!! Take me back to the river boys days!” one person commented, while another added: “Stephen doesn’t look a day older! Miss him as Brax.”
“Could Brax please come back to Summer Bay for a surprise visit they would love to see him and so would the H and A viewers,” a third fan wrote.
Peacocke played the role of Darryl ‘Brax’ Braxton from 2011 to 2016, with his last appearance seeing Brax reunite with Ricky Sharpe (Bonnie Sveen).
While Brax is unlikely to return to the Bay anytime soon, there’s still plenty for Home and Away fans to be excited about, as the soap has confirmed that it has been renewed for another season, set to premiere in 2024.
