General Hospital spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) recently opened up about what happened to her on the way to Charlie’s Pub to see Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) performance.
Could leaving the scene of an accident come back to bite her in the end?
Brook Lynn Quartermaine Didn’t Cause The Accident
Let’s make it clear that Brook Lynn didn’t cause Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident. However, Brook Lynn didn’t realize there had been an actual crash either.
Brook Lynn assumed that nothing had happened since she was in the clear. Brook Lynn was also concerned that she would not pass a breathalyzer test either.
Brook Lynn had drank a good bit of wine before leaving to go to Charlie’s. Brook Lynn also could not afford to get a DUI charge while waiting to bring her foster child, Phoebe, home the next day.
Brook Lynn certainly didn’t want to lose her foster child, especially considering how much she and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have wanted a child.
Brook Lynn Would Look Guilty Now
Brook Lynn knows that she cannot come clean now without looking extremely guilty. Therefore, Brook Lynn has involved her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who plans to bury the fact that there was an accident, even if it was just a fender bender.
Brook Lynn still scraped her car on a guard rail leaving some damage.
Let’s look at how this could hurt Brook Lynn. Tracy needs to cover this up immediately or the truth could be discovered. Chase or Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) could notice the damage before it is fixed and realize Brook Lynn hit that guardrail.
Gio may even notice it and realize what happened before trying to help cover it up as well.
Tracy Quartermaine May Get It Fixed
Tracy could pay to have the car fixed before someone else notices that damage. Unfortunately, a paper trail would not be good. Tracy would have to keep this hush hush and that may not be as easy as she thinks.
What if a paper trail of the repair is discovered by the wrong person? Could this come back to bite Brook Lynn in the worst way?
Now that Brook Lynn has the baby she always wanted, will a mere accident with a guardrail come back to wreak havoc on her newfound family? Could Brook Lynn lose her chance to be a mother because the proof of her accident has been discovered? Should Brook Lynn have just told the truth from the start instead of risking her future as a foster parent?
Spoilers suggest that Brook Lynn may have some big trouble in the future. Will Brook Lynn lose the baby because of it?
