General Hospital spoilers hint that the weekly preview for April 20-24 has been dropped. Fans should expect to see Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) realize Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is in danger, while Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) makes a confession about Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) shooting.

Ethan Lovett’s Mob Encounter
The General Hospital promo begins with a conversation between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean).
Ethan officially returned to the little town during the Friday, April 17 episode, and after a chat with his sister, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), he went to Sonny’s house to say hi. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) met Ethan at the door, so it sounds like he’ll catch up with Sonny’s daughter before he talks to Sonny himself.
With that said, General Hospital preview shows the mob boss, smiling as he says, “Ethan Lovett! What do you need?” Ethan grins back, so what does the con man want from his father’s best friend?
As the video progresses, Drew is revealed at home as Nina is standing over him. The woman warns him by saying, “Blink all you want, Drew, no one is going to save you!” After Nina says this, the scenes shift to Drew blinking up a storm in front of Liz, as she questions if he’s asking for help. Will Liz realize Drew is in danger?
Rocco Falconeri’s Confession
As the General Hospital preview for the week of April 20 goes on, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu are shown next. They seem to be at the café, or maybe Bobbie’s, as he asks his ex-wife, “What aren’t you telling me?” Lulu nervously shifts her eyes, so how long can she continue avoiding Dante’s questions?
As the promo video comes to a close, the last scene is of Rocco walking into Cullum’s hospital room. The teen looks awkward and worried as he struggles to smile, while Cullum grins back while in bed. Rocco is heard in the voiceover stating, “Jason didn’t shoot Agent Cullum …” It sounds like he’s about to confess that he shot the WSB director, but to whom does he tell the truth to?
