Mac faces the wrath of PK this week when his band of thugs burst into Salt and issue a stern warning: deliver the money – or else.
The terrifying week begins with PK’s deception of Mac (Emily Weir) at the previous poker night, when he took advantage of her naivety in the game to score large and claimed she owed him $100,000.
PK (Ryan Johnson) attempted to seduce her as a means of paying off her debt, but Mac refused.
She now seeks vengeance, while he seeks retribution for being rejected.

“PK wants to win, to control and to come out on top,” Emily, 30, tells TV WEEK. “He is a egomaniac who doesn’t like to be told no. He wants revenge for her deception and to make her suffer…”
Mac and Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) devise a scheme to get Salt out of debt and PK out of their life at Salt.
Dean (Patrick O’Connor) disagrees with their plan and suggests bringing in the River Boys to “take care of it,” but Mac prefers to go it alone.
She agrees to his scheme and organises another poker night in his honour. PK will profit — or at least that’s what she’ll tell him. Mac intends to put the money towards her debt.
Listening in, Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) worries Mac and her lover Dean are playing a hazardous game…
Later that day, PK’s associate Nathan (Ryan Panizza) arrives to advise Mac to put her revenge plans on hold because she is in grave danger.
Mac scoffs and dismisses him. However, Nathan’s warning comes true that night when two guys ambush Mac and Dean as they close up Salt.

One man, with a knife, ordered them on the ground while rummaging through the eatery for cash and valuables.
After closing the gym, Tane and Felicity go to check on Mac below. The men are distracted by their presence, and Dean pounces, knocking one of them to the ground. Tane is fighting the other.
Salt is pursued by the crims, but Tane is injured. Felicity rushes over, startled by the sight of blood. Tane was stabbed in the back!
Tane requires medical attention, but a hospital will reveal Mac’s criminal activities. Time is running out, so Felicity proposes they call Logan.
If Mac brings her boyfriend into this, he’ll not only discover her secret but become part of her illegal activity.
“There is a very real and terrifying chance that Tane could die from the stabbing,” Emily says.
“Being put in a situation where Tane needs urgent medical help, but by doing so reveals the criminal activity that’s been transpiring at Salt is the position Mackenzie is put in.
