A pair of dark-framed glasses were also worn by the singer and actor.
Tahnee, his long-term girlfriend, wore a brown jacket with grey cargo trousers to keep warm.
She accessorized with a lime green cross-body purse and let her blonde locks loose.
In 2015, Johnny and Tahnee met in a dance studio and have been together ever since.
‘Without her, I may not be here,’ Johnny previously told Now To Love of Tahnee.
“Happy Valentine’s Day to this lovely lady, thank you for the love, thank you for the laughs, thank you for taking care of me, but most of all, thank you for being you,’ he wrote in a Valentine’s Day message earlier this month.
On November 24, ohnny disclosed that he was once again battling brain cancer.
On Wednesday, the musician posted fresh photos from his treatment to his Instagram account.
The former Home and Away player was photographed wearing a mask made of plastic mesh to keep his head steady during radiation therapy.
The tight-fitting medical device is called an immobilization mask.
Ruffo captioned the post, ‘Another round of radiation on the cards still fighting this mofo!! #f**kcancer’.
Georgie Parker, Jake Speer, and Emily Symons from Home and Away left supportive notes in the comments section.
