Neighbours horror as Paul Robinson orders Karl Kennedy’s death after sinister discovery?

icon NEIGHBOURS Paul Robinson has been attempting to ensure Terese Willis has been at his beck and call of late, but as Karl Kennedy discovers something isn’t quite right with the set-up, his probe might see him departing the Channel 5 soap in a lethal manner.

During the Neighbours storm episodes, Paul (Stefan Dennis) was hurt but survived thanks to Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) locating him in time. The pair had been estranged at the time of the disaster, but it appears that their spark has been renewed since she moved into the penthouse to live with him. Not wanting to lose his wife, the ruthless Channel 5 soap businessman would do everything to keep her, but as Karl (Alan Fletcher) becomes a thorn in his side, he may have to order his death to keep their relationship together.

Despite the calamity that occurred several weeks ago, the drama will continue in next week’s shows as Paul continues to play the injured party.

He keeps up the pretense that his rehabilitation is taking longer than normal since he realizes Terese is starting to fall back in love with him.

He’s overjoyed that his approach is working, but Karl isn’t so sure what’s going on because Paul’s rehabilitation has improved dramatically.

Knowing that his doctor is on to him, the cunning businessman takes steps to ensure that he is no longer cared for by his next-door neighbor.

Karl, who has no idea what’s going on, continues to look into the mysterious illness that his friend appears to be suffering from, only to discover that he has been replaced.

While perusing Paul’s notes, Karl notices that the businessman’s treatment has been transferred to a new expert, but this does not deter the doctor from continuing his research.

Instead, he enlists the assistance of the stalwart’s son, David Tanaka (Takaya Honda), in order to figure out what’s wrong with his father.

Back in the penthouse, things couldn’t be going any better for Paul and Terese, who have decided to get back together.

The cutthroat businessman makes promises he may or may not be able to follow, claiming that he would change and prioritize his wife.

Terese trusts what he says and decides to trust him, but she may come to regret her decision to trust her husband again.

Karl, who has information that the stalwart has been lying to his wife, could confront Paul while he is in his idyllic bubble.

If the doctor doesn’t want to tell Terese right away, he may tell his neighbor that he has 24 hours to tell his wife about what’s been going on.

Karl would explain that if she didn’t find out the next day, he would hand over the evidence to Terese himself, ruining their marriage.

Paul will want to keep his deception hidden now that they’ve gotten back together, which could mean permanently silencing his neighbor.

Could this be the end of the beloved doctor and his sleuth-like methods to see him dead after nearly two decades on the show?

Paul, on the other hand, would prefer not to get his hands dirty, so he would contact one of his colleagues who he knows could perform the work well.

He doesn’t want Karl’s death to be dramatic, but he does want it to be done quietly so there isn’t too much uproar.

Because there was no injury or damage to the body, the assassin could make it appear as if the doctor’s death was a medical mystery.

Instead, he may inject him with a lethal solution that doesn’t show up in blood tests but makes it appear as if he had a heart attack.

Karl would die alone if no one knew he was being slain, which would be even more devastating for his wife, Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne).

Alan, the actor who plays Karl, has already expressed his doubts about retiring from the role after nearly three decades.

Alan explained: “I just love my time there so much and it’s been such a wonderful job because I have had the opportunity to do other things.

“And to be honest with you, working with Jackie Woodburne is a dream.

“Why would you think to go off and do something else that’s uncertain anyway?” he said in an interview with The Sun but Ramsay Street is known for throwing in a few surprise exits.

Britney Barnes (Montana Cox) was killed off in the hurricane disaster because she was stuck inside the Flamingo Bar when it was destroyed.

Stefan, the actor who plays Paul, has recently spoken out about what viewers can expect to see in Erinsborough in the coming months.

Stefan explained: “We’ve had a bit of injection with all sorts of things recently. Our storylines are upping and we’ve been going out on location a lot more.

“We’re stepping it up a bit. So hopefully the 2022 Neighbours is going to have a good impact on the audience,” the soap star added in an interview with Digital Spy.

Could one of these explosive plots be the death of his next-door neighbor, buddy, and fellow stalwart Karl in one of the show’s biggest deaths ever?
